Who we are

Femme is a Lesbian Bar in the heart of Worcester. We are a Safe Space for ALL Women. We are inclusive to all humans, as long as you spread love and give respect. We EMBRACE the entire LGBTQ+ Community and seek to uplift EVERYONE. While this business was built by lesbians, it is a Queer Human Space where the whole community can gather safely and feel like home.

Femme is a Women/ Lesbian Owned Business. The idea of Femme came about during Covid while we were all stuck at home. Julie and Danielle did some research and decided they wanted to open a Lesbian Space. The rest is Herstory.

Femme isn't just a bar — it's a movement. We are New England's first modern lesbian bar, which means we didn't just open a business; we filled a gap that the entire region felt. Our community didn't have a home, and we built one. We were created for the lesbians, the girls, the gays, and the they's — and that specificity is the whole point. Plus, our drag brunches are legendary, our merch slaps, and our drinks are excellent. Come find out for yourself.
